JOB SUMMARY

North Alabama House Buyer is seeking a talented full-time professional to join our real estate team as a Sales Manager in Huntsville, AL.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background and track record of success in sales is a MUST
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • A clean background check required
  • Must be highly proficient in selling over the phone and in person
  • Must excel at building relationships with clients
  • Needs to be a great communicator

    Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

THIS IS A SALES MANAGER POSITION AND PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. EXPERIENCE IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IS NOT A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE.

Responsibilities include securing new properties for our company and fostering relationships with sellers to facilitate property sales. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Negotiate purchase contracts with potential sellers
  • Attend seller appointments and conduct walk-throughs of properties
  • Follow-up with leads (potential for 50+ calls per day)
  • Attend networking events to acquire clients
  • Out-of-office marketing and sales development activities
  • Manage a database of prospects through the company CRM
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activities to management
  • Maintain and exceed company-designated quotas
  • Collaborate daily with a fast-paced team
