MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed:

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Supervisory Information Technology Program Maanger, you will use your knowledge of and experience with The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Reponse to optimize business results and customer experience by:
Serving as senior Program Manager with responsibility for the planning, management, and oversight of major H-CORE projects involving the development and implementation of informatics and infrastructure systems and solutions.
Ensuring IT projects are integrated within the overall program IT requirements, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting mechanisms; remain on time and within budget constraints; and meet high IT quality standards in terms of both development and non-development portions of projects.
Managing the planning, direction, and execution of all operations in the program area of responsibility; and providing administrative and technical oversight to subordinate staff.
Summarizing results of studies, preparing briefings and reports on the findings, and providing recommendations to senior management officials and staff within and external to ASPR.
