At Mathnasium, we specialize in just one thing, teaching math in a way that makes sense to kids. The learning centre is a fun and supportive environment, encouraging kids at all skill levels. As part of the Mathnasium team, you can expect to earn a steady income working in a fun, collaborative environment at our learning centre in Richmond (no travel is required to student’s house).
We offer flexible working working hours: Monday - Friday 3:30-7:30 pm and Sunday 11:30-3:30 pm.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Commute to our Richmond location must be viable for all shifts.
• You have completed highschool.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional math skills through Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus
• Ability to teach math to students in all grades from K-12
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to professionally interact with students and parents
• Energetic and confident personality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students
• Ability to teach students in upper level high school math courses
