Provides administrative support for Case Managers and Panelists. Develops overall Case Manager skills, enhancing the client experience. Serves as Case Manager apprentice on mediations, competent to cover a Case Manager’s desk in their absence when appropriate. In certain circumstances the CC may be assigned a neutral (s) to support under the direction of a senior level case manager or manager. Collaborates with Panelist(s) to develop and administer their ADR practice including coordinating and scheduling of conference calls, pre-hearing preparation calls, moderating, customer service, interacting with clients, and hearings. Reviews closed cases to determine client satisfaction and future business opportunities. Other duties as assigned within similar scope. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Preferred 2-4 years of working in a legal administrative or assistant role. Required 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures.
