Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of proven experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or Payroll administration. Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
