Vous serez chargé(e) de : Concevoir et développer les processus industriels pour les activités de reconditionnement et d’assemblage mécanique. Définir les gammes, les outillages et les moyens nécessaires à la production. Optimiser les flux et les temps de cycle en intégrant les principes Lean Manufacturing. Participer à la mise en place des standards qualité et sécurité. Collaborer avec les équipes méthodes, production et maintenance pour garantir la performance des lignes. Contribuer à l’intégration des technologies Industrie 4.0 (digitalisation, automatisation). Qualifications Profil recherché Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en génie industriel, mécanique ou procédés. Expérience confirmée en conception et optimisation de process industriels.
