We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Sample Technology Team as a Development Scientist.

• Developing, optimising, troubleshooting and testing sample preparation protocols and workflows.
• Developing biophysical/biochemical assays (e.g. fluorescence- or electrophoresis-based methods) to test bespoke biological components contained within sample preparation kits.
• Operation of our nanopore sequencing devices, with associated basic analysis.
• Communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
• Effective record keeping of experimental work
