That work helped earn Loka global recognition, and it’s why events remain one of our most important growth levers. That’s the broad pitch. Now let’s talk about you. As the CMO at Loka, I’m looking for a Temporary Events Coordinator to step in during a maternity leave and help keep this engine running smoothly. This role is fully focused on events, end to end. From kickoff to follow-up. From booking venues and managing vendors to coordinating internal teams, purchasing swag, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I’m looking for someone who is passionate about organization, thrives in motion, and is a world-class communicator. The kind of person who can confidently manage multiple events at once while keeping both internal and external partners aligned, informed, and energized. This is a 7–9 month role designed to cover a critical period for our events program. While there may be an opportunity to continue beyond that timeframe, we want to be clear and respectful up front: this role is first and foremost about stepping in, owning execution, and making an immediate impact.
