Description This entry-level Technical Support Engineer role is designed for someone ready to begin their career supporting Passive Optical Networks (PON) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM). Troubleshoot PON and DWDM optical network issues, including alarms and performance concerns. Support network deployments, upgrades, and lab validation activities. Analyze KPIs, logs, and system behavior to identify root causes. Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing. Participate in a 24×7 on-call rotation as part of the global support team.
