What you’ll do * Manage and oversee assigned ITIL processes, including Asset and Configuration Management. * Develop and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes covering procurement, inventory tracking, lifecycle management, and disposal of IT assets. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics to evaluate IT service effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. * Maintain and govern IT process documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. * Lead process improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies. * Manage internal IT change management processes to ensure changes are implemented according to established policies and with minimal disruption. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to support service delivery, contract compliance, and vendor performance. * Coordinate audit activities, track remediation efforts, and provide regular reporting on process performance to leadership. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service management, IT process management, or business analysis within an enterprise IT environment. * Minimum 3 years of experience documenting, implementing, or improving IT policies, processes, or procedures. * Experience working with ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. * Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and process mapping. * Experience working with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
