Gemeinsam mit dem Kooperationsverbund bestehend aus der Stadt Hannover und dem Jobcenter Region Hannover wird das Projekt armutsbetroffene Familien in marginalisierten Stadtteilen Hannovers unterstützen. Der Fokus liegt auf Beratung zu Ansprüchen auf Leistungen nach dem SGB II und VIII sowie Fragen rund um den Familienalltag. Die Ansprache der Zielgruppe findet durch aufsuchende Arbeit in den ausgewählten Stadtteilen und eine Zusammenarbeit mit Familienzentren statt. Zusätzlich finden Schulungen und Workshops zur Sensibilisierung von Behördenmitarbeitenden und ein Fachaustausch mit anderen Akteur*innen statt. Hierbei wird IRC eng mit einem parallellaufenden Projekt des DRK Hannover zusammenarbeiten. Für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projektes suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt vier Referent*innen (d/w/m) in Hannover. Arbeitsort sind die IRC-Projekträume in Hannover Mitte, sofern keine aufsuchende Arbeit in den Stadtteilen Sahlkamp, Vahrenheide, Mühlenberg und Hainholz stattfindet. Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich Sie führen ein Akteurs- und Angebotsmapping durch und vernetzen sich mit anderen Trägern, Projekten und Angeboten in Hannover. Sie informieren mit Infoständen in den ausgewählten Stadtteilen und durch die Verbreitung von Informationsmaterialien über das Projekt. Gemeinsam mit dem Team und in Kooperation mit Familienzentren ermitteln Sie die Unterstützungsbedarfe von armutsbetroffenen Familien und konzipieren und organisieren niedrigschwellige, empowernde Angebote für Eltern und Kinder (u.a. Elterngruppen, Spiel- und Bastelnachmittage, spezifische Kurse und psychosoziale Angebote). Sie beraten betroffene Familien individuell zum Umgang mit Problemen im Familienalltag und sozial-pädagogischen Herausforderungen, der Beantragung von Leistungen nach SGB II und SGB VIII, sowie ggf. zum Thema beruflicher Einstieg oder Weiterentwicklung. Dabei verweisen Sie an weitere Angebote und unterstützen die Familien im Rahmen der Verweisberatung dabei, diese in Anspruch zu nehmen. Sie dokumentieren die Beratungsgespräche und Gruppentreffen und bereiten Einzelfälle in anonymisierter Form für einen übergeordneten Fachaustausch vor. Sie wirken an der Konzeption und Erstellung von Erklärvideos mit. Sie setzen Maßnahmen zum Monitoring und zur Qualitätssicherung der Projektdurchführung um. Sie unterstützen mit ihrem fachlichen Input die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Projekts und den Ausbau des Programmbereichs Schutz & Teilhabe.
