THE ROLE

As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial health, accuracy, and compliance across the organisation. From reporting and forecasting to commercial analysis and process improvements, you’ll drive efficiencies and provide strategic insights that directly impact our growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, reconciliations, and payment runs.
• Lead the production of financial forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Manage and develop the finance team to ensure high standards and timely outputs.
• Support the CFO/CEO with accurate financial information for decision-making.
• Drive commercial performance through margin analysis, cost reviews, and pricing support.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC and other regulatory bodies.
• Introduce efficiencies and automation into internal finance processes.
• Contribute to wider company goals through collaboration and continuous improvement.
