Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to ensure they fully understand the status and condition of their fire safety equipment. Collaborate with Service Administrators to ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met. Take responsibility for the proper management, care, and security of vehicle stock, tools, and equipment. Demonstrate a positive attitude toward training and development, carrying out all assigned duties with professionalism and diligence. Flexibility to travel and stay overnight may be required during peak periods and throughout the training programme.
