ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA/ICAEW/equivalent).
• Appropriate proven experience in a Housebuilding financial position.
• Extensive experience of using Microsoft Excel to provide business information.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

THE ROLE

Orbit is recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the team to specialise in the area of Housing Development/House Building. Reporting into the Finance Director, you will support the team in providing excellent, accurate and relevant financial information, using data to provide insight and analysis to support the development team.
This is a Agile working with at least one day per week working in Coventry (Head Office), with flexibility needed to visit other Orbit sites as required. This role is part of Finance where you’ll help us to invest more back into communities and design for strength.
