Expert Property Care is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Claims Handler to join our Insurance Team and provide exceptional service to our insurance clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience of working with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in a similar role and/or knowledge of the building industry (preferred but not essential)
  This position is based in Yateley, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

• Communicate with clients, addressing queries and providing necessary information
• Accept, raise, and manage work orders from clients
• Schedule appointments with residents/clients
• Work closely with the Contracts Manager to schedule operatives’ work
• Work closely with surveyors and other claims handlers as part of a team
• Liaise with operatives and tradespeople to ensure smooth execution of work
• Keep client portals and internal systems updated with the current status of all claims
