Job Title: Senior Finance Manager
Location: UAE (with oversight across UAE, SL, Netherlands, Singapore, India, Philippines, and Saudi Arabia)
Salary Range: AED 20,000 - AED 25,000 per month

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead our finance function across multiple regions and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior finance role in the UAE.
• Strong expertise in international accounting, including cross-border financial documentation and transfer pricing compliance.
• Proven track record in investor relations, fund management, and raising capital.
• Experience in managing finances across multiple countries and sectors, including regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
• Strong exposure to fund management, particularly in handling investor portfolios and external financing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead global finance teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced degree from a reputed international institution (e.g., MBA, Master’s in Finance, etc.).
• Experience with fundraising and managing relationships with investment institutions.
• Exposure to multinational business environments with demonstrated understanding of global financial markets and regulations.
• International work experience across Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
• Proficiency in financial technology tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, Oracle) and automation systems.
• Transfer pricing strategy experience in a multinational setup.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights for non-financial stakeholders.

• Leadership & Finance Operations:
• Lead the company’s finance operations at both central (UAE) and holding company levels (Netherlands, Singapore), ensuring robust financial control, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
• International Accounting & Compliance:

Manage and coordinate cross-border financial transactions, including adherence to international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and compliance with global financial regulations.

• Investor Relations & Fund Management:

Oversee investor communications, fund management, and raising activities. Provide financial insights for investor presentations, ensuring transparency and building strong relationships with institutional investors.Ensure compliance with global transfer pricing regulations, and oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation across regions. Collaborate with tax advisors to optimize global tax structures.Prepare and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow to ensure efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources in line with business growth.Develop and execute financial strategies related to capital raising, managing external financing, and overseeing relationships with banking and investment institutions to support the company’s expansion.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and external stakeholders, providing insights on financial performance, growth opportunities, and risks.Lead the adoption of financial automation tools and technologies to streamline operations, enhance reporting accuracy, and drive efficiency across regions.Establish and maintain internal financial controls, ensuring that financial processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with regulatory requirements.Work closely with senior leadership to align financial strategies with the company’s long-term business objectives, particularly in the areas of business expansion and investment.Stay updated on global financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements relevant to multinational operations. Ensure all financial activities comply with local and international regulations, including tax and audit standards.Manage and mentor finance teams spread across multiple regions and time zones (UAE, SL, Netherlands, Singapore, India, Philippines, and Saudi Arabia).Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members, building their skills in areas such as international accounting, compliance, and financial analysis.Foster a collaborative and accountable work environment, ensuring clear communication across different time zones in a remote or hybrid setup.Coordinate and manage finance operations remotely across diverse regions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of objectives despite varying time zones.Implement tools and processes to support remote collaboration, ensuring the team’s productivity, engagement, and efficiency.
