BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in cryptocurrency transactions and exposure to digital asset environments such as blockchain, DeFi platforms, Web3 startups, crypto exchanges, or fintech dealing in virtual currencies. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals with the ability to track and reconcile transactions involving both fiat and digital assets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Direct experience with cryptocurrency environments (e.g., crypto exchanges, wallets, NFT platforms, DeFi, blockchain startups, Web3, fintech handling virtual assets)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Understanding of crypto wallets, tokens, and transaction records
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic compliance and audit principles related to digital assets is a plus

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including crypto asset movements
• Track and maintain documentation of digital asset transactions
• Assist in financial reporting and ensure timely month-end closures
• Support internal and external audits, including digital asset documentation
• Coordinate with finance, compliance, and technical teams to align on asset tracking
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of accounting practices related to digital currencies
