Experience:

• Testing and Commissioning Engineer: 2 years (Preferred

Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 33 KV System.

• Testing and commissioning of DC UPS and Battery system.

· Testing of Transformer, CT, PT, Circuit breaker and Switchgear panels.

• Testing and commissioning of 11kV, 33kV Switch gear Panels, Protection panels, 415V LVAC switch board, Transformers, HV Cables and LV Cables.

· Testing and commissioning of control & relay panel for Transformer, Bus Coupler, Bus-Transfer, and Line feeder.
· Preparation of Testing & Commissioning Plan, Method Statements, Procedure Data sheets, Testing Criteria, and Reports.

· Annual Maintenance Testing and Servicing of all Electrical equipment from 415 volts to 33 KV System.

• Ensuring safety procedures at all times in working conditions.
• Inspection of PPE at site
• Following the Testing procedures as per ADWEA/ADDC/AADC and regulatory authority standards.
• Performing the Test with Safety Clearance at Site

· Responsible for raise/prepare PTW and related JHA, toolbox talk.
· Receive assigned work order from Team leader and complete the work order in field.
· Work according to established procedures, policies, EHS and approved programs.

· Co-ordinate with other departments for Trouble shooting, Commissioning for the new equipment.

• Checking of power system project drawings and protection and control system schematic drawings.

· Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Inspection reports.

· Co-ordination with client in As Built Scheme drawing submission.

• As built cable schedule submission and all site activity to satisfy the customer
• Report regularly to higher officials (Project Managers, Lead Engineers & Site Supervisors) in proper manner.
• Daily Feedback report preparations & Submission to client if needed.
• Gate pass documents arrangement if needed.
• Preparation of Time sheets at site.
• If required Employee must attend site visit and report to office accordingly.
• Accepted to work in all over UAE Region.
• Any time to report to work locations/Site on superiors Instruction.
• Relay Setting parameters adaptation at site.
• Attending meeting with Contractor/Client and give us feedback report.
• Getting Project/Work Completion Certificate for each project.
• Submission of Invoices as and when required.
• Clearance of Snag list at site.
• Co-ordinate with Testing Engineer and Client representative for Testing activities.
• Co-ordinate and Arrange of Testing equipment, Tools, Vehicles and machineries. Certification of subcontractor’s Invoices and responsible for their quality & timely completion of the job.
• Confer with engineer’s customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
• Direct and coordinate testing, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.
• Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

· Liaise with Safety Officers on Safety related matters.

· Prepare Snag list finished work prior to hand over by contractor to client.

• Implement health, safety & environment plan.
• Complete the project within Scheduled Time.
• Prepare job work schedule.
• Submission of original invoices as required.
• Preparation of document to clear all site disputes.
• Prepare and submit time sheets.
• Handling project expenses and give a correct bill to settle in accounts.
• The Scope is not ONLY restricted to the above, based on the every new projects/work scope, working conditions and project specifications & locations, the capability scope assigned to you will be updated /upgraded time to time.
