Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will have the responsibility for supporting the growth of CMS Prime. This role will also have room for career growth at an exciting time for the company. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build and lead their own team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for our products, platform and services
• Make activation calls and follow up calls to leads, new and existing clients.
• You will create, manage and develop new business client opportunities through cold calling, by using your own network, face-to-face meetings, visiting fairs
• Onboard new clients and expand an existing business (cross-sell)
• Retain clients through on-going relationship building and support
• Visit clients (face-to-face meetings with prospects)
• Support the CMS Prime strong client relationship/servicing culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service and superior product knowledge
• Perform daily administration in accordance with the updated internal policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, or company standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years sales and/or relationship management experience in the FX industry
• You will have worked with financial products in the past, and will, therefore, understand how to operate in a complex financial environment.
• Good understanding of FX and CFDs products
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• MT4/MT5 knowledge is preferable

Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel etc.
• Proficient English is a must
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus
• A self-starter with drive, passion, and will to succeed
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
