The role involves leading site teams, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily civil construction and maintenance activities related to bridges, structures, and associated works. Coordinate and direct site labor, subcontractors, and equipment to achieve planned productivity. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Monitor repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance works for bridges and structural elements. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and materials. Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements at all times. Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers for timely resolution. Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and material usage logs. Support inspections, measurements, and work verification activities. Ensure housekeeping, traffic safety, and site discipline are maintained. Qualifications Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification is preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in civil works, with at least 3 years in bridges or structures maintenance. Proven experience in AACM projects and maintenance of bridges and structures is required.
