We are looking for a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our hotel Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent beverage service while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and menu items.
• Prepare and present cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Follow proper cash-handling and billing procedures.
• Comply with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team player with good attention to detail.
