We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions including month-end closing, financial reporting, and VAT return preparation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of month-end closing procedures, financial reporting, and VAT returns.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Accounting in UAE: 4 years (Required)

• Handle full set of accounts and perform accurate month-end closing activities.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in a timely manner.
• Assist in year-end audits and liaise with auditors as required.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Reconcile accounts, maintain general ledger, and ensure accurate financial data entry.
