Job Description The Role This is a phone-based position within the Client Growth team and serves as the first point of contact for new customers. The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads. By carefully presenting information, you’ll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence. A current understanding of Support at Home will be advantageous but not essential as full training till be provided. Other responsibilities include: Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results. Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively, using sales and marketing techniques. Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. What’s on offer This is a full-time permanent position. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required on a regular basis, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.
