About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Care Worker Coordinator to join our Community Aged Care team on a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2027. The Care Worker Coordinator provides leadership, development, and operational support to Care Workers delivering Community Aged Care services to customers. You will: Lead and support Care Workers through coaching, feedback, team meetings, and performance reviews Monitor workforce availability, leave, and rostering impacts to ensure service continuity Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Care Workers Collaborate with rostering and operational teams to optimise workforce planning Ensure customers receive safe, respectful, and person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity Respond to customer feedback, complaints, and service escalations professionally and proactively Conduct audits, spot checks, and compliance monitoring to maintain service quality Contribute to operational improvements, workforce engagement, and service growth initiatives As a key link between frontline Care Workers and operational teams, you will proactively address workforce challenges while supporting service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
