The Role
Our client is a rapidly scaling global Fintech company with a fast-paced, highly collaborative and social team. They are currently on the look out for a Brand Marketing Senior Associate to support the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns, content, events and selected partnership activity that showcase the brand, deepen product understanding and drive growth.
Working closely with the Senior Manager, Brand & Partnerships, and the Brand Content Lead, you'll help deliver engaging content across social, digital, email, events, and campaign landing pages. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone who loves making things happen. Rather than setting the overarching brand strategy, you'll be working across the detail — coordinating campaigns and activations, managing logistics, liaising with agencies and partners, and making sure everything comes together smoothly.
Responsibilities
About you
We're looking for someone with B2B experience in a brand, marketing, content, campaign, events or partnerships coordination role (in-house or agency), who enjoys the execution side of marketing and wants to gain exposure across a broad brand and content remit.
With strong project management skills, you'll be organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and keeping stakeholders on track. You'll also be adept in using AI tools and comfortable working with marketing and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, project trackers, social platforms and content libraries. And most importantly, you'll be a self-starter who loves jumping into the detail, solving problems and learning by doing.
This is an approximately 12-month temporary opportunity, with the potential for the role to become permanent. The role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne, and there's flexibility to work from home two days per week.
