We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager who can manage the payroll function, improving processes and ensuring payroll runs like clockwork.

You'll be the go-to expert for payroll across the business, supporting a high-performing recruitment team, driving efficiencies and helping shape how payroll operates as we continue to grow.

What you'll be doing

• Managing our payroll team and function, creating a positive culture
• Taking ownership of the end-to-end payroll function across the business
• Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, every time
• Managing payroll compliance, legislation, superannuation, payroll tax and reporting requirements
• Building strong relationships with leaders across Finance, Operations and the wider business
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve systems and reduce manual administration
• Managing payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting
• Supporting payroll projects, system enhancements

What we're looking for

You're someone who takes pride in delivering a seamless payroll experience and enjoys finding smarter ways of working.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience managing an end-to-end payroll function
• Leadership experience with a passion for coaching and developing others
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience with FT360 is desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across the business
• Strong systems and reporting capability
• Experience in Healthcare award interpretation is desirable but not essential
