As a key advisor, the Health Safety and Wellbeing Client Manager is accountable for tracking performance, driving business growth, and contributing to financial success. Whether leading projects independently or collaborating with a Project Lead, the Health Safety and Wellbeing Client Manager ensures that deliverables align with business and client expectations, driving measurable improvements and achieving client expectations. The Role Our workplace risk practice focuses on the provision Workers’ Compensation, Employee Relations and Health, Safety and Wellbeing consulting and advisory services to a portfolio of diverse clients across virtually every industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for: Delivering on a wide range of health and safety consulting proposals such as risk profiling, outsourced health and safety, wellbeing, training, safety culture assessments, health and safety management systems, critical risk reviews and more. Project management Providing strategic health, safety and wellbeing advice to existing clients Developing marketing material and providing health, safety and wellbeing updates Developing content and delivering training and webinars Developing strategic initiatives that respond to clients’ requirements Developing new products and services and/or enhancing current offerings Preparating and delivering high quality verbal and written reports Identifying and assisting the Manager Health Safety and Wellbeing Pacific with business development opportunities Auditing against health and safety standards
