Job Description We're looking for a hands-on Front Office Manager who will be able to role model exceptional guest service, and be an ambassador of our hotel's identity, and brand. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversea all components of front office operations, including inventory & reservations management, guest satisfaction, and championing Accor's loyalty program. The key duties of the role include: Promote memorable guest service by seizing opportunities to provide highly personalised experiences, maintaining our reputation as an industry leader in guest experience. Foster a culture of development amongst your department, and advocate for their career progression. Use performance metrics such as NPS & RPS to review and adapt service delivery to maintain high degree of guest satisfaction. Qualifications If you're a hands-on leader, we'd love to hear from you! To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate competence in the following areas: Comprehensive Front Office Experience: Demonstrated Significant experience within Front Office Operations, and proven performance within a leadership capacity. Communication and Training Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, to create and promote effective team collaboration. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking abilities and a guest-centric approach to creating memorable guest experiences. Systems Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Accor Systems and loyalty platforms.
