Vous travaillerez directement avec les cofondateurs de MEDFAR (PDG et CPTO) et collaborerez avec les leaders des équipes Produit, Systèmes, Finance, Ventes et Onboarding afin que chaque décision — de la conception produit à la facturation client — soit guidée par des données précises, opportunes et exploitables. Votre mission consiste à concevoir la prochaine génération de tableaux de bord Sisense, alimentant à la fois les analyses destinées aux clients et l’intelligence opérationnelle interne. Vous intégrerez des sources de données complexes, dégagerez des tendances utilisateurs et commerciales, et fournirez des insights qui renforcent l’adoption produit, optimisent les opérations client et améliorent la précision du revenu. Vous serez soutenu(e) par l’équipe de Gouvernance des Données de MEDFAR, incluant un ingénieur de données dédié, pour bâtir un environnement analytique unifié, plus performant, intuitif et percutant. Ce que vous ferez Architecture et livraison de tableaux de bord Concevoir, développer et maintenir des tableaux de bord Sisense destinés autant aux clients qu’à l’analyse opérationnelle interne. Traduire les besoins des parties prenantes en solutions Sisense cohérentes, évolutives, précises et visuellement claires. Améliorer continuellement les tableaux de bord et l’architecture analytique existante pour créer une nouvelle génération plus simple, plus rapide et plus facile à maintenir. Collaborer avec l’équipe de gouvernance des données afin d’optimiser les requêtes et la logique de visualisation pour une performance optimale. Collaboration interfonctionnelle Travailler étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Systèmes, Finance, Ventes et Onboarding pour relier les données d’usage produit aux indicateurs opérationnels et commerciaux. Développer des cadres de reporting garantissant l’alignement entre l’usage, l’activation, les contrats clients et le revenu. Collaborer avec les équipes Produit et UX pour interpréter le comportement utilisateur, mesurer l’adoption des fonctionnalités et orienter les décisions de roadmap. Qualifications Qualifications Baccalauréat en Statistiques, Science des données, Informatique, Mathématiques ou domaine connexe. 3+ années d’expérience en analytique de données, intelligence d’affaires ou insights produit. Maîtrise de Sisense (fort atout si expérience de création de tableaux de bord Sisense). Bonne maîtrise du SQL et familiarité avec les data warehouses, modélisation, ETL, cubes et extracteurs.
