Kalmar Digital Solutions is seeking a dedicated Cyber Security Lead to ensure that our cyber security processes are robust and risks are effectively managed. This role involves working collaboratively with project teams to implement practical cyber security measures and engaging with the Kalmar cyber security community. As a Cyber Security Lead, you will drive improvements in cyber security across our digital offerings hosted on AWS cloud, using modern tools.
The role can also be filled as Senior Cyber Security Engineer. A Senior Cyber Security Engineer will have similar responsibilities but will receive guidance from their manager and the broader Kalmar cyber security community.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cloud and IoT security
• Knowledge of secure coding practices
• Background in security auditing.

• Ensure cyber security processes are integrated into projects managed by Digital Solutions
• Assist divisions in understanding the cyber security aspects of their processes
• Enhance and develop cyber security processes within Digital Solutions
• Participate in company-wide cyber security initiatives and research programs
• Manage Secure Development Lifecycle and cyber security yearly clock processes
• Organize cyber security reviews for projects, helping teams identify and mitigate risks
• Educate Kalmar divisions on cyber security best practices
• Identify top cyber security threats for Digital Solutions.
