Job Description As an GIMU Associate / Senior GIMU Associate, you will support the Operations and Content teams by identifying and eliminating on-site issues as and when they appear, either by raising to the relevant team or through direct action. Reporting to the GIMU Team Lead, your main responsibility is to ensure that any issues present do not exceed the defined KPIs. To achieve your targets, you will need to understand the various tools and systems used by the Marketing Operations team and establish a firm grasp of them. You will need to work with multiple teams and across all departments and locations.
