QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or speech pathology
• Speech-Language Pathologist / SLP License & or RPE License
• ASHA certification is preferred.

• Conduct Assessments and Diagnoses: Utilize your expertise as a Speech Pathologist to conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of speech and language disorders.
• Develop a personalized treatment plan, using your skills as a speech pathologist to address specific communication goals and challenges. Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to enhance speech and language development.
• Conduct speech therapy as an SLP, focusing on improving communication skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment strategies based on client progress and individual needs.
• Work closely with other SLP professionals to ensure coordinated and effective therapy services
• Participate in meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes. Generate reports and updates in a timely manner, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Supervise students and Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows if needed
