Description du poste Le/La Comptable Trésorier(ère) est responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la trésorerie de l’hôtel Fairmont Taghazout Bay. Il/Elle assure le contrôle des flux financiers, la sécurisation des fonds et le respect des procédures financières et des standards du groupe Accor. Tâches : Suivre quotidiennement les encaissements et décaissements. Contrôler les soldes bancaires et assurer leur fiabilité. Réaliser les rapprochements bancaires et analyser les écarts. Gérer l’ensemble des comptes bancaires de l’hôtel. Préparer, vérifier et exécuter les paiements fournisseurs. Assurer le suivi des échéanciers et le respect des délais de paiement. Contrôler la gestion des caisses, coffres et fonds de roulement. Veiller à la sécurité des fonds et au respect des procédures internes. Comptabiliser toutes les opérations liées à la trésorerie. Participer aux clôtures comptables mensuelles et annuelles. Préparer les reportings de trésorerie et les analyses de cash-flow. Assurer le suivi des dépôts bancaires et des flux espèces. Appliquer les standards financiers du groupe Accor. Veiller au respect de la réglementation financière en vigueur. Participer aux audits internes et externes. Collaborer avec les équipes Finance, Achats et Contrôle de gestion. Qualifications Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie. Bonne maîtrise des principes de comptabilité et de gestion de trésorerie. Connaissance des procédures de contrôle interne et des normes financières. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels comptables hôteliers. Capacité à analyser les données financières et à gérer les priorités. Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail.
