This position is open to individuals open to pursuing their Hearing Instrument Practitioner degree and becoming licensed by provincial governing bodies. It’s a perfect role for someone looking for a career in the hearing industry!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting
• 2+ years in a direct customer support role
• 2+ years of experience with appointment setting and customer database management
• Comfortable handling inbound & outbound calls
• Adaptable, detail oriented, takes initiative
• Motivated to help achieve revenue goals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
