Overview:
Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational advisory support services for drinking water treatment facilities, pilot testing facilities, and water distribution systems.
• Attend CAMP and value engineering workshop and meetings for water treatment plant design projects.
• Provide mentorship to staff on water quality chemistry and process treatment.
• Provide operational advisory services for process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Attend client meetings and workshops.
• Provide operational and health and safety design review comments.

Qualifications:

• Some college
• 20 years of relevant experience
• Certified Water Treatment Operator (Level 3 or Greater)

Compensation Range:
$40,000 to $100,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
