Manage & Submit Contracts: Handle the administration of contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and submitting for approval. Manage & Submit COIs: Ensure that all necessary certificates of insurance are obtained, verified, and submitted in compliance with company and project requirements. Job Cost Accounting: Manage the job cost accounting process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of job costs, including tracking expenses, reconciling budgets, and updating financial records. Project Management Support: Assist with project management activities such as developing project budgets, compliance, managing resources, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
