Role Overview: As our Pre-Construction Administrator, you will play a key role in guiding residential construction projects through the pre-construction phase. Working remotely as part of the Lofty team, you will manage documentation and administration for council applications, building contracts, and related processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to deliver a smooth experience for clients, vendors, and suppliers.
