About the role: Working closely with our Construction Manager, and as part of a wider dedicated development team; this role's primary purpose is to support with the end-to-end project management of our large-scale data centre builds based in Brooklyn. Coordinating from concept design, through to delivery and finalisation - this role is integral in ensuring that the project remains well-organised, delivered within timelines, and that all parties (internally and externally) are aligned each step of the way. Combining strong elements of stakeholder engagement, with detailed reporting, and on-site inspections; this position oversees structural coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Support with reporting, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and program updates. Prepare, maintain, and update project and procurement documentation (e.g. Scope of Works and programming) in Aconex and SharePoint. Coordinate project activities from early works to final handover - leading meetings, following up on action items. Build relationships and communication loops with key project stakeholders (i.e. tradespeople, builder contacts). Support the preparation of Expenditure Approval Requests for services trades contracts and variations. Validate services trade progress claims, participate in site inspections, and prepare payment certificates. Ensure compliance with Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policies.
