DESCRIPTION DE POSTE Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités à Lyon, nous recherchons un·e Économiste de la Construction – Bâtiments Industriels (H/F) Rattaché·e au Responsable du Pôle Bâtiment de notre Bureau d'Etude, vos missions principales seront les suivantes : Création et évolution permanente de la bibliothèque ATTIC, constituant la base de données interne de chiffrage. Élaboration des Dossiers de Consultation des Entreprises (DCE) incluant : les CCTP, intégrant les spécificités propres aux projets et les directives ou préconisations des intervenants (Architecte, Urbaniste, BE Géotechnique, BE Structure, RICT, SDIS, ICPE, etc.) ; Les DPGF, établis à partir des données issues du pôle BIM ; La consultation des entreprises. Analyse des offres et réalisation des tableaux comparatifs en phase ACT pour l’établissement des marchés de travaux. Participation à la conception en collaboration étroite avec les ingénieurs, architectes et projeteurs afin d’optimiser les coûts et la faisabilité technique des projets. Orientation technico-économique du projet dès la phase APS. Réalisation des estimations de la phase ESQ à APD, à l’appui des chiffrages d’opérations réalisées (ratios à établir, prix unitaires usuels, etc.). Collaboration étroite avec le pôle BIM et garantie de la concordance entre les CCTP et la maquette numérique (extractions 2D). Échanges réguliers avec les chefs de projet et conducteurs de travaux pour leur apporter un soutien technique (aide au visa des plans et détails techniques des entreprises) et financier (avis sur les devis travaux supplémentaires, balance travaux). Visites espacées sur les chantiers afin de renforcer le retour d’expérience (REX). VOTRE PROFIL Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en économie de la construction, génie civil ou bâtiment, et justifiez d’un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire, idéalement en milieu industriel.
