Position Overview IYRS’s Marine Leadership Institute is establishing a Women’s Maritime Leadership Academy (WMLA) with a mission to “build women’s leadership presence in the maritime trades and blue economy.” IYRS is looking for a Program Director to design, develop, and deliver an innovative IYRS Marine Leadership Institute branded program which achieves this goal. IYRS has established the basic program structure and format, and we are looking for this role to take it to the next level.
