Lieu de travail : Québec Description du poste Vos responsabilités Participer à la surveillance des travaux de bâtiment et d’architecture réalisés dans les installations de type postes sur les chantiers d’Hydro-Québec ; Faire le suivi technique (QMT, NC, dossier technique, etc.) pour des travaux d’architecture ; Fournir l’expertise technique requise pour supporter les Chefs Travaux et Responsables Chantier dans leurs fonctions, à partir de la préparation des appels de soumissions jusqu’à la fermeture du chantier ; Assister l’interface entre le chantier et la DIT dans le respect des rôles et responsabilités de chacun ; Surveiller l’exécution des travaux de construction, en conformité avec les plans et devis; Maîtriser le projet en s’appropriant le contenu des documents contractuels dans le but de signaler toutes erreurs / problématiques et/ou anomalies se rattachant au projet ; Être la référence technique au chantier ; Participer aux suivis chantiers des dossiers techniques ainsi que les méthodes de travail ; S’approprier les exigences du projet et ses particularités telles que techniques environnementales, qualité et de sécurité et participer à l’élaboration des programmes de surveillance ; Vérifier la qualité des plans, des devis et de leur conformité par rapport aux normes en vigueur ; Commenter le plan qualité des entrepreneurs ; S’assurer que le plan qualité est appliqué en ce qui concerne les exigences : techniques, de sécurité et environnementales ; Participer à la rédaction et au traitement des rapports nécessaires sur l’ensemble des travaux, tel que l’avancement des travaux, le suivi de l’approvisionnement, la main-d’œuvre, le matériel, les travaux complémentaires, les dommages à la propriété et à l’environnement, les défectuosités techniques, les questions, modifications techniques (QMT) et ceux en rapport avec les procédures des systèmes qualité ; Participer à la rédaction des rapports des non-conformités suite à la surveillance des travaux et en assurer le suivi ; S’assurer qu’aucune non-conformité et déficiences ne viendra entraver la mise en service ; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe.
