SKILLS

• Proficiency in Confluence and SharePoint for project documentation and team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of cost control principles in project management.
• Experience with Visio for creating process diagrams and workflows.
• Excellent skills in root cause analysis to troubleshoot project challenges effectively.
• Competence in requirements gathering techniques to capture stakeholder expectations accurately.
• Strong data analysis skills to evaluate project metrics and drive informed decision-making.
• Proven ability in supervising teams, fostering a collaborative environment for success.
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous but not essential.
