As a Construction Project Manager at Cavo Tagoo Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our hotel group expansions. Work is primarily in Athens but requires frequent trips for on site visits. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. · Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. · Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. · Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management. · Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. · Manage procurement of materials and services.
