- at least 2 years of experience as a Contract Administrator or related role
- Identify and prepare a list of suitable subcontractors for a project.
- Prepare tender packages (including scope of works, drawing transmittals, specifications) and distribute to identified subcontractors.
- Receive and review all submitted tender packages for correct scope of works so best possible price and services can be obtained.
- Review subcontractor financial and performance status, insurance, entitlements, other legal requirements.
- Negotiate subcontractor contract prices and conditions and prepare final contract documents.
- Prepare trade comparison and quotation summary forms for approval.
- Complete payment schedules for subcontracts in accordance with building industry Security of Payments Act (SOPA).
- Assess, approve and process subcontract and head contract progress claims as required.
- Review and approve subcontractor progress payments and creditor invoices.
- Analyse budgets to achieve management targets.
- Prepare project cash flows and update on a regular basis.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate Progress Claims and Variations in accordance with contract conditions to ensure a positive cash flow position for the project.
- Process and co-ordinate all Requests for Information (RFI) to relevant parties ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- As required, maintain project registers for Variations, EOT’s, RFI’s, Progress Claims etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
