Responsibilities: * Lead Transformation Initiatives: Own or drive the end-to-end delivery and product lifecycle for complex banking and Financial Services (FS) transformation initiatives * Requirements & Roadmap Management * Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, compliance/legal teams, and engineering squads to ensure seamless, high-quality deployment * Payments & Fintech Innovation: Architect or define modern payment workflows (e.g., Real-Time Payments/RTP, FedNow, Interac, ISO 20022 standards, cross-border payments).
