Be responsible for growth planning and delivery readiness Drive operational and delivery efficiency across the Packet Core domain, ensuring maximum re-use, high quality, knowledge sharing, and adherence to proven processes. This includes our continuous delivery, AI & automation, cost optimization and offshoring activities Build and maintain positive relationship with Customer Units through an understanding of their business needs, expectations, and escalation handling.
