Job Description The Security Coordinator is a member of the Global Security Organization and is responsible for greeting employees and guests at NBCUniversal’s Corporate Headquarters at 30 Rockefeller Plaza. They will report to the Manager, Guest Reception. What You’ll Do: Greet employees and their guests with courtesy and professionalism. Review access permissions and process appropriate identification in a timely manner Answer phones and respond to email requests courteously and professionally Prioritize customer service and guest satisfaction as a representative of 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NBCUniversal, and Global Security Operations Follow all processes and protocols set forth by management at all times Make prompt notifications to appropriate team members during unusual situations or emergencies.
