As part of the broader Rmkble group, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants, designers, engineers and delivery specialists to help organisations solve meaningful problems, improve the way they operate and deliver remarkable journeys. What You’ll Be Doing As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll blend hands-on engineering, consulting, solution design and creative problem-solving. This is a T-shaped consulting role. You’ll bring technical depth in AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, workflow design, process improvement and systems integration, while also working broadly across people, process, stakeholder engagement, business needs and client outcomes. You’ll help clients move from idea to outcome, exploring opportunities, shaping solution concepts, building MVPs, integrating systems and supporting solutions through to adoption and scale. You’ll be responsible for: Designing and building AI-enabled digital solutions, workflow and intelligent automation Helping clients explore the art of the possible, shaping ideas into practical solution concepts and delivery pathways Building, testing, and deploying AI-enabled solutions, including agentic, conversational, or knowledge-driven experiences where relevant Integrating solutions with existing business systems, data sources, knowledge repositories, APIs, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms Translating business problems into practical, elegant, and scalable technical solutions Supporting client journeys from early concept and MVP through to scaled deployment Applying good governance, security, environment, lifecycle, testing, and solution management practices Leading and supporting delivery teams, engaging stakeholders, and building strong collaboration across client and internal teams Working closely with consultants, designers, engineers, delivery leads, and client stakeholders Contributing to reusable delivery patterns, internal knowledge, knowledge harvesting, assets, and industry case studies Helping organisations automate manual work, improve processes, and unlock better ways ofworking What You’ll Bring Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled, automation-focused, or workflow-driven business solutions A strong background in solution engineering, intelligent automation, and process improvement Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform or similar automation and business application platforms Strong problem-solving, systems thinking, and solution design capability Experience with agentic workflows, intelligent process automation, workflow automation, APIs, data flows, or enterprise platforms Understanding of AI concepts such as intelligent agents, chat interfaces, knowledge retrieval, process automation, decision support, autonomous agents, or human-in-the-loop workflows The ability to consult with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions Practical understanding of governance, security, testing, deployment, maintainability, and solution lifecycle management A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across disciplines Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in ways that help people make good decisions The Values You’ll Share Rmkble is a principles-driven company, founded on a core set of principles and values that haven't changed since day one, and never will.
