The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Test Engineering Manager to lead our technical testing initiatives across automation and performance testing domains. This role is pivotal in shaping and governing our enterprise testing frameworks, supporting complex testing needs, and driving innovation in test automation practices.
Your new role
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement modern testing strategies aligned with our QA vision and roadmap.

Responsibilities include

  • Define and implement automation strategies across both change initiatives and BAU, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic outsourcing goals.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in technical testing solutions including TOSCA, Selenium, and a wide range of API and performance testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, LoadRunner, and NeoLoad.
  • Lead testing teams effectively in complex environments, providing technical mentorship and solving advanced testing challenges while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Manage testing tools, frameworks, processes, and licensing across the organization, and drives the integration of new technologies into delivery pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, collaborates across change streams, and contributes to the strategic evolution of QA/Test practices through innovation and governance.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Expertise in the Testing industry experience with proven hands-on experience in enterprise test automation and test management.
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities in vendor engagement and management, with proven relevant experience.
  • Leveraging modern test automation tools infused with AI, machine learning, and Copilot capabilities enables faster, smarter, and more adaptive testing strategies thus by driving higher quality outcomes with reduced manual effort and accelerated delivery cycles
  • Proven track record in leading complex testing initiatives across enterprise environments.
  • Skilled in aligning testing strategies with business goals to drive quality and efficiency.
