What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC and/or APEGA. 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, ideally focused on infrastructure, transportation, municipal, or utility projects. Experience acting as Engineer of Record and providing technical oversight on complex engineering projects. Strong understanding of civil design principles, project delivery, and construction processes. Experience with stormwater management and drainage design is preferred. Hydraulic modelling experience is considered an asset. Excellent technical writing, report preparation, and documentation skills. Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management abilities. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project coordination experience. Compensation & Benefits The estimated annual base salary for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
