The Project Engineer will be responsible for providing project engineering support to an assigned project, managing projects through various life cycle phases from early development of concepts through commissioning and follow-up/troubleshooting. The Project Engineer will prepare work scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans for multi-disciple resources, incorporating best practices in safety, cost control, risk analysis, and schedule stewardship to ensure the safe and timely completion of projects within budget requirements. Join us in this full time permanent role Key Responsibilities: Coordinate technical deliverables across all project phases: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover. Define and manage engineering scope, ensuring quality assurance and control. Lead and oversee drafting, design, and engineering teams. Gather technical requirements from Operations and Maintenance stakeholders. Support business case evaluations with technical input. Manage engineering and design-related RFIs and stage gate processes. Collaborate with Procurement, Project Management, Maintenance, and Production teams. Designation. 5+ years technical experience in an oil & gas, or mining/heavy industrial process setting preferred. Well pad scopes (e.g. SAGD) and piping experience for well pad to plant.
