This positionsupervises a small group of Engineers/Technologists.

• Own the surface electrical power and distribution, instrumentation, electric motors, control, automation, cathodic protection and communication systems
• Provide proactive leadership and planning to ensure site safety and plant reliability for the above areas
• Provide technical expertise for projects
• Develop, maintain, and own electrical standards and design documents
• Collaborate with site Operations, Maintenance, Process, Projects, Management and Corporate teams to achieve site and company targets
• Lead and manage the surface electrical technical team
• Provide support and direction to ensure site adherence to Nutrien’s Workplace Electrical Safety Guidance Document
